Andrew Phipps, Jr. is the pastor of Liberty Baptist Church in Muncie, Indiana. His biblical vision has led the church to become a thriving Independent, Fundamental,  Baptist Church in Central Indiana. He has been married to his wife, Joanie, for over thirty years and is the father of three married children.
